This study aims to identify the effect of leadership style and work motivation on post-pandemic employee performance. The method used in this study is quantitative, collecting primary data obtained from distributing questionnaires. The data obtained were then processed using SPSS software. The Covid-19 pandemic has changed each individual's leadership style and work motivation. This new change in work style affects leadership style and changes the perspective of employees, thus impacting their employees' work motivation. The results of this study indicate that the leadership style variable partially has a significant positive effect on employee performance. The Work motivation variable also partially has a significant positive impact on employee performance. Simultaneously, the leadership style variable and work motivation variable have a significant positive effect on employee performance.
