The transformation of the old building function into the current function is an interesting topic to research. As a result, the goal of this study is to describe how adaptive reuse was used in the "Roemah Kentang" restaurant building using conservation ethics parameters. This research uses the descriptive method with qualitative data. The result of this research is that Roemah Kentang Restaurant applies the principles of conservation ethics to the concept of adaptive reuse. The demolition and addition of the building were carried out in accordance with the needs of its current function as a restaurant, although ecologically, they do not fulfill the principles of sustainable design. The design of Roemah Kentang Restaurant is adjusted to the current socio-cultural conditions of the community so that it can support the sustainability of this restaurant economically.
